  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

    Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.


  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

    While no roofer can predict damage caused by Acts of God, we can maximize your roof system's lifespan. A 30 year shingle is only as good as the installation of it. We refuse to take short-cuts. Some other roofers will cut corners, causing the shingle warranty to be diminished or voided altogether. We follow the steps mandated to make sure your warranty is in place for years to come. We partner with Certainteed for our shingle roofing systems, an industry leader with over 300 years of experience in the industry.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    If your damage is caused by an Act of God (Wind,Hail) then there is a good chance your homeowner's policy will cover the repair or replacement. Our team of experienced advisors will conduct a thorough, complimentary inspection to determine whether insurance should be involved. Once that decision is made, we will stand by you throughout the process.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs?

    Some homeownera wait to call us until they have seen a leak in the house. Unfortunately, by the time you see water on your ceiling, walls, or floors you have most likely had an issue with your roof for 2-3 months. The best time to call us for your complimentary inspection is after a storm, or when you notice loose or missing shingles. Repairs can be done any time of the year.
